Die nächsten 4 Wochen mit dem DEFEKTEN AnyCubic I3 Mega eher nicht

Ich kaspere inzwischen über einen Monat mit dem chinesischen Support herum um wieder an einen funktionierenden Drucker zu kommen.
Update: Inzwischen sind es 1,5 Monate ….ich hab die Nase sowas von voll.  Ich will einfach nur drucken und nicht end- und sinnloses try and error Troubleshooting. Irgendwas an dem Ding ist durchgebrannt.

Regarding your question „change the feedback to positive one“:
Do you think I am a happy customer?
Let’s recap:
1: I bought your very good product.
2: I had a great time for two weeks. Then the printer broke.
3: since that day – the 06.05.2019 – I’m writing endless support mails and wasting a lot of time with it
4: I still do not have a working printer after nearly a month now
5: Maybe in some weeks some spare parts are delivered and I have to fiddle around and hope, that it’s working again somehow. Maybe for a another two weeks.

So I’m not a happy customer!
I’m a totally angry customer!
I’m sick and tired of this process.
Because I’m now wasting a month with email ping pong instead of that you take this junk back and send me a working product.

My patience is really at an end now!
My next steps on the end of this week are 1: call my money back via PayPal and give you a bad reputation there, and 2: contact the eBay-Support with this whole eMail history.

I was surfing your webshop and my first choice would have been the glow in the dark one.
But as it is not in your list I would love to have the Gold one.
If that is no more available I’ll take Fluo Red

Hello Angie,
please tell me that you ship this spare parts from Germany an NOT from China.
A shipment from China wil take 3-5 weeks! That is a dealbreaker!
The printer was working for 3 weeks. We are chating now for one and a half week now until you finally agreed to send me a spare motherboard (and the replacement for the not working heatend. The included one did not work- fact- cause the online ordered did heat up so it is broken).
That means 3 weeks working 5-7 weeks of waiting and hastle?
Please give me an answer that does not lead to a negative ebay rating.

If it isn’t solved, the warranty still valid.
And the hotbed didn’t work, the problem is also in the mothboard.

Hello Angie,
thanks for the offer of the mainboard exchange.
Before I accept the offer, I would like to clarify the following points:

1: What happens if I exchange the mainboard and something goes wrong (what we do not hope)?
Either if the printer has still the same bug as before or if the printer will work no more after the exchange? Is my warranty still valid after the exchange or is it void?

2: As you will recall, the included spare hotend was also not working. As the newly ordered was working, I assume, that the included one is really broken. Will you exchange that also?

We couldn’t confirm your problem ago because you don’t have test tool.
But now, our engineer confirm there is some problem on the mainboard.
Your problem can be solved after you change the mainboard.
So we will ship it to you,is that okay?

Hello Angie,
here is the picture from the backside with the serial number.
Since today morning the printer does no more heat up at all. Nor heatbed nor nozzle. I tried everything but without result. Still no more heating.
So I really want to send it back and get a replacement device. Because I do not trust the printer anymore.
I want to make use of my 30 day send back guarantee.
Please tell me how that works with ebay.
I’m really sorry about that, because I enjoyed this printer very much.
