Regarding your question „change the feedback to positive one“: Do you think I am a happy customer? Let’s recap: 1: I bought your very good product. 2: I had a great time for two weeks. Then the printer broke. 3: since that day – the 06.05.2019 – I’m writing endless support mails and wasting a lot of time with it 4: I still do not have a working printer after nearly a month now 5: Maybe in some weeks some spare parts are delivered and I have to fiddle around and hope, that it’s working again somehow. Maybe for a another two weeks. So I’m not a happy customer! I’m a totally angry customer! I’m sick and tired of this process. Because I’m now wasting a month with email ping pong instead of that you take this junk back and send me a working product. My patience is really at an end now! My next steps on the end of this week are 1: call my money back via PayPal and give you a bad reputation there, and 2: contact the eBay-Support with this whole eMail history.
